Shipping and Returns

Once received, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Pretty and Bronzed order, the product may be returned in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery. Please allow 7 working days for us to process any item that comes back to us.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us via our “Contact” page. If the product is unused and in inappropriate conditions, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning products to us at Pretty and Bronzed, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when you return the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

We cannot provide refunds for Pretty and Bronzed products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on www.prettyandbronzed.co.uk may be returned for refund.
